On the basis of the results obtained from the survey of the SCOs needs, a methodology is in process of development, which aims to raise the knowledge and skills, capacity and motivation for working in the sector through providing trainings, delivered in seven modules. |

The planned press conference for the start of the project was held on 27.02.2008 in Blagoevgrad. Among the participants in the conference were 27 representatives from the NGO sector and different SCOs from the 14 municipalities, which are part of the project. There were representatives from the regional administration in Razlog, Belitsa and Yakoruda. |
