Survey concerning the SCOs location in Blagoevgrad region

1. The present report reflects the state of the SCOs in the 14 municipalities on the river valley of Struma river and Mesta river. The report was prepared in the frame of the project EKIP “Mesta-Struma”, financed by the Operational programme “Administrative capacity” through the European Social Fund. The survey aims to generalize and compare the results from the held inquiries and interviews, with aim to present clear picture of the current condition of the SCOs in the region, to present statistic conclusions and to give recommendations for the development of activities and capacity of the organizations.

Survey the needs of building additional capacity of SCOs in the municipalities on the rivers Mesta river and Struma river valleys

The current report is prepared in the frame of the project EKIP “Mesta-Struma”, financed by the Operational programme “Administrative capacity” through the European Social Fund. The survey aims to give current and up-to-date information for the municipalities and the specific needs of SCOs in the 14 municipalities on the rivers Struma and Mesta valleys. Basing on the results, taken from the survey, during the project implementation will be adopted educational modules, which will raise the capacity of the representatives from SCOs in the target region.
